NS, no need for a PDF, Jack states a future episode of DP will cover a certain subject [been movies in the past]. If you want to participate, you watch the movie and send in a recording of what you thought of it.

Considering survey monkey is open to abuse, maybe Jack should just decide what the subject of the palooza will be.
