It was sweet and predictable with lots of cute dogs. My 3 and 5 year old kids sat through the entire thing completely mesmerized, so even if I hadn't liked it, it would not have made a difference. Story was completely unrealistic, impossible, and incomplete. Just right for kids to ask a million questions. Overall, I really did like it, but I have a problem with the way Animal Control was portrayed. I'm sure that all the people who work for Animal Control are not dog-hating dillholes.
